As the coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact on our communities, we feel it is important to share more about the steps we are taking across our facility to help keep you and our staff healthy. This is a rapidly-evolving situation that we will continue to monitor each day and adjust accordingly.

Our shop has always been cleaned and disinfected daily as part of our normal course of business, but now we’re adding even more rigorous cleaning to ensure a healthy environment for everyone. We are taking guidance from the CDC, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take. This means more frequent cleaning of heavily-trafficked areas including entrances, door handles, customer areas, workstations, and restrooms. Also, any forms that may need your signature is being done with brand new pens for you to sign and keep afterward.

While your vehicle is in for service our advisors, technicians and detail personnel are taking precautions by wearing gloves and wiping down all surfaces after service has been completed.

With this being said, we understand that some of you would rather not visit our facility during this time. We have an online estimating option for those in need of an estimate.
